Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Admissions Coordinator to join our Colombo office. The ideal candidate will manage the student admissions process, provide accurate advice about Australian education institutions and programs, and support students throughout their enrolment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries and applications
- Liaise with Australian education providers and institutions
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Guide students through visa and admission procedures
- Organise training/information sessions for new students
- Support marketing activities via social media platforms
- Ensure a smooth transition for students from application to enrolment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide personalised support
- Experience in conducting training or information sessions
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with Medicare and student-related terminology (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field (or relevant diploma)
- Previous experience in education consultancy is a strong advantage
